Desired qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience with school-aged children, particularly elementary students, preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Primary responsibilities:
- Serve an elementary caseload, providing direct and indirect speech-language services
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized education program (IEP) goals for students
- Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group formats
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, school staff, and parents to support academic and social success
- Attend IEP meetings as required and provide professional input regarding student needs
- Create engaging activities that promote student participation and achievement
