Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress.
- Prior experience working with elementary school students preferred.
- Competency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students as outlined in their IEPs.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to support student progress and education goals.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school and district standards.
- Foster a positive and engaging therapy environment that promotes learning and growth.
