Qualifications & Experience:
- Completion of all licensure requirements to practice speech-language pathology in Indiana schools
- Previous experience providing SLP services in an educational environment preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Competency in managing and organizing documents for IEPs and student files
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy according to student IEPs
- Conduct thorough initial evaluations and re-evaluations of students as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for all services rendered
- Act as Teacher of Record (TOR) or Teacher of Service (TOS) for students on your caseload
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Travel to and provide services at 2-3 school sites within the assignment
