- Understanding of IEP process, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability in dynamic educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and interventions for caseloads including both special education (SI) and general education students
- Conduct evaluations, develop goals, and write progress reports for Individualized Education Programs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to maximize student success and access to curriculum
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to district and compliance standards
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, student planning sessions, and team consultations
- Provide support and resources to staff regarding language, speech, and communication needs
