Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessment and evaluation of communication disorders and develop appropriate, individualized intervention plans
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning for student services
- Educate and consult with teachers and family members to facilitate communication strategies and interventions
