This role begins August 3rd, 2026, and continues through May 24th, 2027. With a manageable caseload of 30–50 students across 2–3 sites, the weekly commitment is flexible—18 to 21 hours distributed over 3 to 5 days per week—providing an excellent work-life balance.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Current Indiana licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in school settings.
- Experience delivering speech-language services in schools or with pediatric populations.
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, IDEA, and education-related speech therapy best practices.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to serve as Teacher of Record/Service for students on the caseload.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and adapting to varied student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Evaluate and reevaluate students to determine eligibility and needs for services.
- Act as the Teacher of Record/Service (TOR/TOS) for assigned students, ensuring compliance and quality documentation.
- Participate in and facilitate IEP meetings as necessary, working collaboratively with families and educational teams.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive learning atmosphere and advocate for student success.
