Speech Language Pathologist in Spencer, IN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organization skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students onsite
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and track Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Maintain accurate student records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings to advocate for student needs
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers
- Deliver targeted interventions that foster student growth and self-confidence
