Travel School-Based SLP | Elkton, Maryland
This travel position offers Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) a rewarding opportunity to provide essential support to students ranging from PreK through high school in Elkton, MD during the 2026-2027 school year. Serving in a school setting, you will work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, five days a week, supporting a diverse caseload of students with communication needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required
- Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience are highly valued
- Experience working in school environments preferred to effectively support student goals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to promote student progress
- Monitor, document, and report on student improvement regularly
- Deliver direct therapy and support to students across the PreK to high school age range
