Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Middletown, MD

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Eligibility for Maryland state licensure as an SLP
- Previous school-based experience or a passion for working in a K–12 educational setting
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and execute individualized therapy programs tailored to diverse student populations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to district and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actively toward student planning teams
