School Speech Language Pathologist - Elk River, Minnesota

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license, with dual certification clearly displayed in documentation
- CCC-SLP credential or eligibility; Clinical Fellows strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Must be able to provide a current resume and a PDF copy of your MN SLP license with dual certification visible
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to assigned elementary caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain appropriate documentation
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
- Adapt therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
