Elementary High School Speech Language Pathologist in Elgin, IL

Desired Qualifications:
- Current ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SL endorsement
- Illinois State License (IDFPR)
- Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) encouraged to apply—first year SLPs welcomed
- Experience working with school-aged populations preferred, including pediatric settings
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy services to a K-12 caseload
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Document progress, maintain required records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging therapeutic environment
