Required Qualifications:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Minnesota
- Background providing services in school environments is preferred
- Comfortable working with a diverse student population ranging from early elementary to high school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster student progress
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop effective support strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
