As part of this travel assignment, you’ll work 35 hours per week with a manageable caseload of 45-50 middle school students, focusing primarily on students with Other Health Impairments, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Language Impairments. The position includes steady, year-round opportunities, with hiring for both summer and the upcoming school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Maryland SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred)
- School-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized speech therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff
