What You Bring:
- SLPA credential required; CTC preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations (TK-5 preferred)
- Capable of providing the full range of speech services, including direct therapy, IEP management, and assessments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an average caseload of 60 elementary students (TK-5th grade)
- Deliver direct speech therapy services across the spectrum of need, from general ed to moderate/severe
- Complete speech and language assessments and contribute to IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support student success
