Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure (support for supervision provided, costs covered)
- Previous school experience highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of approximately 55 students
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing direct and indirect speech-language services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Working closely with supervising SLP, staff, and families to support student growth and document progress
- Completing all assigned IEPs for your caseload efficiently and accurately
- Engaging with students on campus, 3-5 days per week, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch), for the remainder of the school year
- Participating in some ESY services, though summer caseloads are expected to be light
