Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Expertise in serving students with IEPs and varying behavioral, emotional, or academic challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Duties:

  • Deliver part-time speech and language therapy services to students ages 8–21, grades 3–12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 25 students
  • Collaborate with educators, psychologists, and families to support IEP goals
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, student-centered learning environment
