This contract opportunity spans the 2026–2027 school year, enabling you to provide essential communication and language services in a hybrid setting: three days on-site at assigned schools and two days working remotely.

Your week will be spent engaging with a diverse caseload, supporting a range of age groups, and helping students overcome communication challenges to achieve academic and social success.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Experience or strong interest in school settings
- Ability to manage both in-person and virtual service delivery
- Dedication to meeting credentialing requirements (including a completed VA Dept. of Social Services background check and TB test prior to start)
- Comfortable working within a hybrid model, adapting as assignments or caseloads are assigned
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across varied age groups
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school/district regulations
- Attend meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and provide virtual therapy or consultation two days per week
- Adapt approaches to meet students’ evolving needs
