We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to support students in a specialized school setting in the Dover area.
Position Details
Provide speech and language services to students primarily in PreK and elementary grades
Some placements may support students through age 22
Work with students with a range of developmental and communication needs
Caseload includes students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and moderate-to-severe support needs
Develop and implement individualized speech-language interventions
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

Qualifications
Active Delaware SLP license/eligibility required
SLPs and CFYs welcome
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Experience working with students with autism or significant developmental disabilities is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
