Qualifications & Experience:
- Active DE license as an SLP CCC
- Previous experience in schools preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Skilled in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Confident with diverse caseloads and adapting strategies for individual needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Educate and collaborate with teachers and families for optimal student outcomes
