Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware SLP license (required for submittal)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy onsite at school(s) and in homebound settings, as needed
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to maximize student success
- Provide support during regular school hours, Monday through Friday (part-time or full-time, 37.5 hours/week), with flexible site assignments
