Essential Qualifications:
- Hold a current Delaware SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with school-age children is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare progress reports
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers
- Participate in meetings, IEP team discussions, and staff development sessions
