Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dorchester, MA

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Active SLP license in Massachusetts (MA)
- DESE certification, current and in good standing
- Eligible SLPs at all experience levels welcome (CCC, CFY, school-based backgrounds)
- Skill in working with pediatric, PreK-aged populations within a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for PreK students
- Conduct ongoing evaluations and develop objectives aligned with IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families for optimal student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and school protocols
- Communicate proactively with teachers, staff, and guardians regarding therapy goals and achievements
