Qualifications:
- Current valid Massachusetts SLP license required
- DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) Certification must be active
- Experience working with pediatric and/or PreK populations strongly preferred
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered; CCC-SLP candidates welcomed
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting early childhood development through evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to PreK students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments as needed
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic student support
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements
- Employ dynamic, age-appropriate intervention strategies to inspire and enhance learning
