Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in Massachusetts
- Active DESE certification
- Experience or clinical fellowship in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for PreK students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Engage families and teachers to support student progress
- Adapt therapy to meet diverse cultural and developmental needs
