School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Quincy, Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high school caseload and deliver individualized and group speech therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as needed
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) certification
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP roles preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
The position follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:40am to 2:00pm, providing structure and stability for your work-life balance.
