School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dodge Center, Minnesota

This full-time, contract-based position spans the academic year, from late August through early June, providing critical speech and language services to a diverse group of learners. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology services in schools
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain compliance with documentation and reporting standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with student IEPs and district requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
- Develop and update Individualized Education Plans, ensuring measurable and achievable goals
- Manage a caseload of speech-only students, monitoring progress and making data-driven adjustments
- Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district protocols
