Desired Qualifications:
- Hold active SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- School-based SLP experience (elementary or middle school preferred)
- Ability to deliver assessments, develop IEPs, and provide therapy to students PreK-8
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly valued, but not mandatory
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to equity and culturally responsive practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide direct therapeutic support for K-8 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document progress in accordance with school guidelines and best practices
- Travel between designated school locations within the network as assigned
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support ongoing professional development
