Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in Illinois
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and support students with a range of communication needs
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students in group and individual settings
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to establish student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
  • Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and professional development sessions
