School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Denver, Colorado

As an onsite, itinerant provider, you’ll support diverse student populations at multiple locations.
Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and hold an active CDE license prior to beginning. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team focused on student growth in an inclusive environment. This is an excellent environment for experienced school-based SLPs, as well as those open to supporting Clinical Fellows.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Colorado Department of Education SLP license (CDE required to start)
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Prior school-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Willingness to mentor Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for travel across assigned sites
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services onsite across various school locations
- Evaluate students, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff
- Adapt to changing caseloads and settings as an itinerant SLP
