Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Active CDE credential is a must prior to start
- Previous experience in schools highly preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong skills and a willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between multiple school sites
- Comfortable working onsite only; remote work is not available for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluation and therapy services to a diverse student population
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with classroom teachers, families, and other support personnel
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students’ academic and personal growth
- Provide itinerant support, ensuring continuity of care across several school locations
