Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working across different campuses and student age groups
- SLPAs are not eligible for this role
- Must be able to work onsite throughout the assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students in elementary and middle schools
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess communication disorders, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Engage in professional development and interdisciplinary meetings as required
