Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; CFY considered
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly advantageous
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Flexibility to work at multiple school sites as assigned
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and write evaluation reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop student-centered treatment plans
- Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
- May support more than one campus, typically working between partnered schools to address caseload needs
