Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; new graduates or CFs are welcome to apply
- Prior experience working with children or within school-based settings strongly preferred
- Excellent assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit for working alongside educators and families
- Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic and effective care for each student
- Attend meetings and participate in interdisciplinary teams as required
- Provide services across multiple designated school sites in response to urgent needs
