Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP license required, or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with school staff and parents
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support academic achievement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
