Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for SLP licensure in Florida
- Open to SLPs who hold the CCC, are completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or bring strong pediatric experience

- Excellent collaboration skills for partnering with teachers, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for empowering students through speech and language therapy
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate elementary students’ speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
- Work closely with classroom teachers and families to foster optimal student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, IEP planning, and ongoing professional development
