Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Milton, Florida

With a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 2:15 pm, you’ll interact with students in a rewarding, consistent routine.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for a current Florida SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary caseloads
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering communication development in young students
- Enthusiasm for teamwork alongside educators, families, and specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ progress
- Monitor, document, and report on therapy outcomes and progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and staff development activities
