Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Milton, FL

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Florida, or eligible for immediate licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to new environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized evaluations and therapeutic interventions for students with communication challenges
- Develop, document, and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers and staff regarding students' speech and language needs
- Support generalization of communication skills across school settings
- Engage families in students’ progress and help provide strategies for continued growth
