This position is ideal for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), as well as SLP Assistants (SLPAs) when appropriate supervision can be arranged. Key Qualifications:
- Active state license as an SLP (CCC required) or SLPA (when supervision is available)
- Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
- Strong assessment, individualized education planning, and therapy skills

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for fostering student progress and engagement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings and comprehensive assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals for students
- Deliver engaging direct therapeutic services to students in various school settings
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support speech-language needs
- Maintain organized, timely records and documentation
- Support ESY (Extended School Year) services and continue care into the regular school year
- Provide supervision to SLPAs as needed, ensuring fidelity of services
