This position is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) and is passionate about helping students reach their communication goals. You’ll be working with a manageable caseload across two campuses, building valuable experience while making a direct impact on young learners from PreK through 8th grade.
Start a new chapter in your SLP career beginning August 2026, working through May 2027. Enjoy a predictable, part-time schedule of 8 hours per week across four days, making this the perfect fit for professionals who value flexibility and work-life balance. Compensation ranges from $45 to $50 per hour, commensurate with your experience and skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of 14 students ranging from PreK to 8th grade
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students, adjusting methods as needed to maximize progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support each child's development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with school policies
