What You'll Bring:
- Active TX SLP License (required)
- Ability to work as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though strong clinical experience considered
- Passion for empowering students through individualized assessment and therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Highlights:
- Serve a caseload of elementary or junior high students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments, craft IEP goals, and provide evidence-based therapy aligned with student and school objectives
- Collaborate consistently with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student potential
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with all relevant policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to student success planning
- Provide direct and consultative services across a standard school schedule (37.5 hours/week, 5 days/week)
