Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist - Hockley, TX

Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of best practices for individualized education plans (IEPs) and school documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students identified with speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility and ongoing needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans/goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student’s success
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports required by school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student progress and planning
