Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Crystal Lake, IL

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with ASHA Certification, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY accepted)
- Background in pediatric and school-based SLP practice preferred
- Experience with early childhood or preschool population strongly desired
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site speech and language assessments for preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both group and individual formats
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
