Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Speech Language Pathologist License
- PEL ASHA Certification or eligibility
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Prior experience with pediatric populations or school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschoolers in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct initial assessments and re-evaluations as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development sessions
