Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Palmdale, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply
- Experience working in school-based settings with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to assigned caseloads in high school, NPS, and private school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise for intervention planning and goal setting
- Adapt therapy approaches for on-site and teletherapy service delivery as needed
