Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently and compassionately
- Familiarity with IEPs, documentation, and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and school teams
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in high school, NPS, and private school environments
- Execute therapy through both on-site and teletherapy models as required
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with educators, multidisciplinary teams, and families
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment to encourage student growth
This position features a contract structure and provides a competitive compensation range of $45-55 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
