Speech Language Pathologist in Costa Mesa, CA

Your caseload will span a diverse student population, enabling you to engage with various age groups and expand your skill set. The specific campuses and number of schools assigned will be determined prior to your start. This role is an on-site, full-time position, with a regular schedule of five days per week, allowing you to build strong relationships with students and staff alike.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license (required)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is advantageous
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Comfort working in dynamic, school-based settings with a range of student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and relevant staff to ensure student success
- Document services and maintain compliance with state and school requirements
- Participate in school meetings and interdisciplinary teams as needed
