Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Converse, Texas

Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license required
- CCC-SLP or eligibility in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy within school environments strongly preferred
- Previous supervision of an SLPA is desirable, or willingness to mentor
- Strong communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Oversee and provide guidance to an SLPA, ensuring quality of care and professional growth
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to foster student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
