Speech Language Pathologist in Concord, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
• Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery models
• Comfortable conducting IEP meetings and writing progress reports virtually
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organization and time management for per diem schedules
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy to select students in person as per caseload needs
• Complete documentation, IEP meetings, progress reports, and corresponding paperwork virtually
• Develop individualized treatment plans and support students toward achieving their speech-language goals
• Communicate openly with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student progress
• Maintain confidentiality with all student records and interactions
• Stay current with best practices in teletherapy and hybrid service models
