School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Columbus, Ohio

This role follows a unique schedule: from January 5, 2026, to March 27, 2026, spend three days each week in an elementary setting and two days in a preschool center. Then, from April 13, 2026, to June 1, 2026, you'll provide services four days a week at the preschool center. Support a diverse caseload, collaborate closely with other specialists and educators, and play a crucial role in each child's growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience delivering speech therapy in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for children
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse learning and developmental needs
- Commitment to a collaborative, positive school culture
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation
