School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
A supportive school district in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position serving K–3rd grade students. This role is open to Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and offers a collaborative, student-focused environment with strong support for new and experienced clinicians alike.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
Schedule: 5 days per week
Grade Level: K–3rd
Start Date: ASAP / 2026–2027 school year
Pay: $45–$50+/hr (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services to K–3 students
- Support students with a range of communication needs, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Experience:
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active (or eligible for) Colorado SLP licensure
- ASHA certification preferred (or CFY eligible)
