Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado Springs, CO

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Colorado
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in elementary school settings preferred; pediatric expertise required
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a variety of speech and language needs within an educational framework
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students at one site
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Offer guidance and support to paraprofessional staff and colleagues
- Monitor student progress and communicate results to team members
