Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Aurora, CO

This contract opportunity is designed for a dedicated professional ready to work with kindergarten and first-grade students, offering interventions that foster communication and developmental growth.
As the sole provider at a single site, you’ll work with a manageable caseload of 20-25 students with needs ranging from mild to severe. The position offers remarkable flexibility—complete 30 hours per week and enjoy a hybrid schedule that lets you handle documentation and planning from home when preferred. Services will begin as soon as possible and will continue through June 3rd, providing the chance to make a significant impact over the school year.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SSP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, assess, and provide therapy for students in grades K-1
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute effectively to goals and progress reviews
