Requirements and Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates accepted
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process, assessment protocols, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to inclusive practices and student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain detailed records and report on student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
