- Experience with school-aged children preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort with collaborative work alongside teachers, families, and other support staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Provide direct therapy to individuals and small groups using evidence-based practices
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and other school personnel to support integration of communication goals in the classroom
- Engage in family meetings, case conferences, and IEP meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
